Gracia is proud to offer a wide selection of gymnastics programming. From little tots to ninja gym to our competitve gymnasts, there is a place for everyone at Gracia Gymnastics!
Little Leapers
Ages 18 months to 2 years
Focus is on social interaction, fun, games, and an introduction to basic fundamentals of gymnastics.
One adult is required to attend with the athlete.
Tiny Tumblers
Age 3
Focus is on gaining independence through fun and play. Basic fundamentals of gymnastics are done through creativity.
Social skills and basic pre-school educational skills are introduced.
Rockin Rollers
Age 4
Basic fundamentals are taught through creativity and circuits.
Independence, social manners, and pre-school educational skills are developing.
Recreational Programming
Kindergarten +
Cangym is a badge program which follows Gymnastics Canada's guidelines.
Skills progress as athletes achieve badges. This program is perfect for athletes who want to learn gymnastics while commitment is not as depending as the competive programming.
Cangym is a great program to develop skills, strength, and conditioning, while making friends.
Ninja Gym
Kindergarten +
Ninja Gym is a high energy, freestyle program.
Focus is on using the body to jump, flip, and maneuver around various pieces of equipment and obstacles. It is similar to Parkour development. A high energy class for athletes who want to burn off energy and have fun!
Xcel
Xcel brings competitive gymnastics to gymnasts in a program that embraces all skill levels – beginner through advanced. It is a personalized competitive program starting at the first entry division.
Entry into the competitive program is by selection from the recreational program or formal evaluation from an open tryout.
Pre-Competive and Competive
Gracia Gymnastics offers a comprehensive competitive gymnastics program that includes pre-competitive and competitive gymnastics programs. Entry into the competitive program is by selection from the recreational program or formal evaluation from an open tryout.
The competitive program is for a child who wants more of the sport of gymnastics than can be achieved by participation in our recreational program.
